For this reason, our machines are constantly being renewed, our employees are constantly being trained and Our manufacturing quality increases more day by day by using facilities of information technology sector.

At present from the offering process till the delivery of mold base, all processes are followed by a ERP software called OKSET ERP which is programmed by ourselves.

We are continuing our efforts to ensure that our customers can follow this process in the future. Production machines are kept in climate controlled rooms. Our company, which produces according to European standards, can make precise measurement by using 3D state-of-the-art measuring machines. Okset exports mainly to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Poland, Sweden, Ukraine and Italy.

Information about Mold Base and Plates

Standart Mold Base :

The holes of guide bushes, pillars and main screws are machined to the plate at OKSET STANDARDS. You can download the catalog which contains axis of and diameters of guide bushes, pillars and screws from here.

Ground Plates :

The plates are machined by grinding, which has high precision tolerance at thickness.

Special Plastic, Metal Injection Mold Bases, Die Sets :

The special workmanship which designed by our customers as 3D and 2D such as holes of pillars-bushes-screws,pockets,threads,chamfers ,deep holes for cooling, o-ring seals – counterbores,roughing, finishing, locks, plate engraving, etc. , are machined by using high precision and innovative techonologies at vertical, horizantal and 5 axis machining centers. At the end of these processes, the measurement reports which are getted from 3D measurement machine belongs to manufactured products are given to the customers.
